Refund & Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you full refunds or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must also be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be handled directly through Sky2Tours‘ official website.
Partial Refunds
Only partial repay may be granted in the following cases:
- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by Sky2Tours.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. You will be informed whether your restitution has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your compensation will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refunds yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products may be reimbursed. Sale or discounted products cannot be reimbursed.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@sky2tours.com and return your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
